As President of Maestroe, Gabby oversees all verticals of the company including sponsorship sales and activation, new property development, event operations, brand integration, web/digital strategies and execution, business plan creation, budget/financial planning and execution, among several other areas. Gabby’s career spans for more than 30 years with experience in the high-growth sports space including his time at Beach Soccer Company (BSC), Major League Lacrosse (MLL), Pro Beach Volleyball (AVP) and ASA Entertainment. Gabby is also a recipient of the Sports Business Journal’s Forty Under 40 award.
With 10+ years of experience, Ben’s scope of influence covers many areas of the sports business including sponsorship sales, ticket sales, event planning and operations, activations, marketing, community relations and fan engagement. Ben has been on the forefront of pitching, negotiating and implementing numerous sponsorship deals. His knowledge and experience within the sports industry allows brands and properties to come together to create long term partnerships that break the norm. Ben graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Sport Marketing and Management and currently resides in Philadelphia, PA. Before coming to Maestroe in 2016, Ben worked for Philadelphia 76ers, Philadelphia Union, IU Athletics and EMG Sports Agency.
Jake supports all aspects of business development and client retention across Maestroe’s portfolio of clients and partners. Jake’s 5+ years of experience covers a wide array of skillsets within the sports industry including sponsorship sales, brand activations, events, team operations and market research. With his diverse background, Jake is committed to creating deep and meaningful relationships with his clients. Jake is originally from the Philadelphia area and received his degree in Sport Management from the School of Sport, Tourism, and Hospitality Management at Temple University. His industry experience includes MarketCast, Philadelphia Union, Comcast Spectacor, and a previous stint at Maestroe. He is excited to be back with the organization again!
